2. In the email, let us know that you wish to delete your account, clearly mentioning the name of the game, for example: Grumpy Gaffer.
3. Once we receive your request, we will send you a follow-up email to confirm that you want to delete your account. Please respond to this email to complete the process.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove the following personal data:

1. Email address
2. Password

Data That Will Be Retained

Your game progress and records of any purchases (such as the amount spent and the products purchased) will remain linked to your unique player ID. However, these records will not be associated with your personal information once your account is deleted.

Transaction records may be retained for legal, financial, or regulatory purposes as required by law. After account deletion, this data will remain only in anonymized form, tied solely to your player ID.
